Rescuing a Photo

Maybe it’s not worth it–to rescue a photo. But what if it’s the only one you have, and it’s a really cool moment?

airplane behind us (800x533) This was an airliner in line behind us, well, off to the side, but you know what I mean. It was WAY overexposed. But I’ve never been able to get a shot like that. And it’s ghostly, a hint of plane in a heavy fog. Only there was no fog. A throwaway.

But with a little Photoshop magic, it’s not a half bad picture! 🙂

Everything was so green there, cold in October, the water has a hint of aquas, but it was so gray that it just doesn’t show. So here’s a revised version to show just how pretty it is. 🙂

Hope you have a wonderfully photogenic day! Off to write!!

  1. Good day Terry,
i think you had a lot of fun playing with photoshop
    I love the results,
the plane with all the sunset behind my fave, interesting you gave me the impression of a Rainbow at the far away background of the one by Dunnottar Castle,
