Merry Christmas!!

We’re on the hunt for Sasquatch again this morning. Well, maybe a beaver, or a nutria, or something. We had to carry Mishka because she hurt her leg some months ago, and though she seems to be getting along fine right now, we didn’t want to risk her hurting herself again. Now, as the walk progressed, we made 3 1/2 miles the last time, she slumped into the bag and just had her head out. So I want to get a picture of that.

In the meantime, Merry Christmas! We’re off to search for wild beasties, then start the turkey, then open presents later. 🙂

No big rodent of unusual size, but I photographed a great white heron and a snowy egret…
