I couldn’t post for the last couple of days because I kept getting an error message and it wouldn’t let me post anything.
I was sick during the night, yesterday night, and when I saw the doctor, my kidneys were in distress. So I ended up having to get a fluid infusion late that afternoon. I left at 5 am for the first appts, and got home, and had to go to the hospital closer by and got home at 5 pm, so it was a long day.
Still sick with this cold. But my blood counts were looking good despite having the chemo. Platelets were nearly normal. It’s supposed to make them go down, so fingers crossed that they don’t. But the chemo pills are causing lower GI problems.
I have 51 weeks to go on the chemo. Yay! Easier to think of it that way than days.
