I made a cool jaguar Halloween one but can’t remember where I saved it. I had a system, but with all the files changing places with the new hard drive, I can’t find anything yet.

I was fixing hash brown potatoes and ham for us this morning, and then my granddaughter saw sugar ants–that’s what we always called them because they’re attracted to sugar, but grease too–and they’re getting in the house from somewhere. Anyway. so I was spraying my baseboards with vinegar and water and then forgot all about the potatoes. They were on the dark side. lol

Teaches me not to watch my cooking. So I gave little one all the good ones and she said, “What’s that smell?” She was holding her nose. lol

I turned on the fan and asked her, “Doesn’t your momma ever burn food and smoke up the house?” I know she does. I rarely do, but we get busy with other stuff sometimes, and it happens.

“No,” she said. “She never does that.”

Smiling. It’s amazing the stories she tells. No, she didn’t go to daycare the day before. She went trick-or-treating. Only one boy went to daycare. Not her. lol

Parents can’t go inside any longer so they can’t see who all ended up at daycare or not. It was taken over by another because of all the closures due to Covid-19 and they couldn’t keep up. Sad state of affairs.

I’ve got to get off here and look for more ants. At least they’re not fire ants, so if one gets on you, it doesn’t bite.
