White heron in the surf, beach rentals, need a chaise lounge and an umbrella? Wake boarder paddling away, hotels along the white sand beach, aqua waters, birds of paradise.

And books signed at Books-a-Million and Barnes and Noble in Daytona Beach, Florida.

It was fun while it lasted! We had the most beautiful days until our last day, and then it turned colder and rainy. But we still walked down the beach and enjoyed our stay until the end!

We had a blast, and now it’s time to return home and get back to writing.
