    • LOL, I’m so glad you’re doing that! I have a Nook so I’ve been having fun reading them too. 🙂 And you know what? I dedicated Relative Danger to you. 🙂 It’s at Smashwords and Kobo now, coming to Amazon and Barnes & Noble probably tomorrow. 🙂

Murder, mayhem, and family secrets abound when some beneficiaries of an insurance magnate’s last will and testament plot to get their money early. During a week of togetherness orchestrated by her not-quite-departed uncle’s will, headstrong heiress McKenna Sutherland has to team up with resort manager Thomas Hampton, the man who stole her heart five years ago, or she’ll lose her inheritance—to him! McKenna and Thomas need to uncover the villain among a cast of colorful characters who have joined them for the week, each of whom has a stake in the ultimate outcome—Uncle Sheldon’s money, and loads of it. Thomas’s job is to keep Sheldon’s faked death a secret, while he makes sure McKenna isn’t next on the killer’s hit list. With everything around them a lie, can Thomas regain McKenna’s love and trust before it’s too late?

  4. I’m late coming to this party…eeek! But I want to comment anyway. Love love love your stories, Terry, especially those with some action and suspense. But I love shifters and you sure do know how to “do it right.” Just saying. 🙂 Keep writing and I’ll keep reading your stuff.

    • Ahhh, thanks so much, Janice! I love, love, love writing them!!! I can’t even imagine not doing so. 🙂 Right now I’m working on (well, guest blogs for A SEAL Wolf Christmas), but after that, back to the medieval Highland The Highlander, book 5 in the series, and that’s what I love so much to do–write action and suspense. 🙂 I had to talk about it on a historical panel, and I had only just begun writing the story. Plus, I had four panels to speak on and they were for all different stories. So I was fumbling with what I was going to say while all the other authors spoke so eloquently about their stories. “Well,” I said, “I had a lot of fun with this story because it’s about Highlanders…” Big pause while half the audience cheered, lol, “…and the shepherdess finds a Highland warrior in her bed. She’s got a pitchfork and pokes the Highlander in the back with it, and he raises up with a mighty Gaelic roar, sword readied.”

And that was all she wrote. From then on, Jade Lee said the title needed to be “The Pitchfork and the Sword,” and the conversation went downhill from there. LOL 🙂 But, yeah, totally love action and suspense! 🙂
