It’s hard to imagine what it would look like in the empty chambers, so the picture at the right shows castle life. At least for the noble folks, it’s not too bad. As you can see, the stairs are narrow and steep throughout the castle. These have been redone. I have to find the ones that they looked like originally! They were difficult to walk on.
Off to feed my dogs and the birds and get my tea and get to work on Highland Wolf. That’s my castle life.

I loved the more primitive castles. They make you feel like you are transported to the past. It’s amazing how long they last despite battles fought over them.
