Came Home to Zinnias in Bloom!

Back at the hospital. We have to go every day for a couple of weeks or more. I have to give blood every day and check my counts. I needed potassium and magnesium and electrolytes. I’m hoping we can do some diet supplements to pick up those counts so we don’t have to be at the hospital for so long. It’s 5 hours or longer for now.

About another hour and we can go home. I’m tired. I thought I would be feeling my energizer bunny self, but instead, I’m fatigued. BUT they told me to eat all day, not 3 meals. Which makes sense. I can barely eat anything during a meal. I would do better eating small amounts all day long.

I have one more pill and then I’m starting the afternoon pills. I didn’t bring them with me. *sigh*

One of my daughter’s dogs had diarrhea and the kids were taking care of that in the middle of the night. Except hearing the dog bark a few times, I didn’t really hear anything. I’ve been enjoying taking the dogs out to the garden several times a day. I have to bundle up more, can’t be exposed to sun.

I had my granddaughter reading her library book to me. Then we went out with the dogs and I had her pulling down a weedy vine. I would have loved to help her. But I can’t touch gardening for months.

We’re going to repeat that today. I’m also bringing over some of my math workbooks for her to my daughter’s house.

Feeling sick.

Hope you are healthy!!!

Terry

  1. Hi Terry
Looks like you on the Roller Coaster again.
And yes I think grazing would be the way to go.
That way you are getting nutrients all day long.
    Your Zinnias look great.
It’s cloudy here today and quite windy and cold.
I have cut my hair short. It’s takes me three days to get it even.
I stopped taking Vitamin D3 and hopefully my hair will grow again. It is so thin it makes me feel depressed.
And that’s not good either as stress makes your hair fall out too. I don’t know how many times it grown a half an inch only to fall out again. So Vitamin D3 has to go.
It takes 4 months before it will grow again.
I hope things get better with you soon.
    Love Sheila

    • I’m getting curly chicken fuzz on the top of my head. It had been growing in, slowly, but after the last chemo, it wiped it all out again. So I know what you mean!

  2. Hi Terry
I have not heard from you.
I do hope you have not had a relapse.
I am still praying for you.
Remember, God our Father is holding you in His hands.
    Love in Jesus name
    Sheila Claire

  3. Hi Terry
    How are you doing?
I’m getting worried as you have not put up a new email in over a week.
I am still praying for you.
    Sheila

    • Hi, sheila, I’m home but back at the hospital most days and horribly tired. I keep planning to post but never get to it. 🙂
I hope you are doing well.
