Still Painting…

I started on the problem pictures–hair in eyes and trying to reconstruct eyes, heads that have no bodies, one that has a fence across her face. My Photoshop keeps hanging up though in the middle of working on them, and yesterday, with the winds we had, in the middle of working on the Halloween cougar cover, the electricity went out briefly, but long enough to create problems. My SIL is upgrading my computer next weekend, which means losing everything I have on my current computer, so I will need to be saving everything all week. But I’m hoping that will help!

And Baldur’s Gate is out–yay! And I’d like to get that to play if I could. If I have time. I have so many books I want to write. Play game, write, play game, write. Wait, and do artwork. You get started on one of those games and it’s so hard not to stop. lol

I finally finished the cover! The cougar and couple are Photoshop oil brush painted. Her hair was black, but the woman in the story is a blond.

I don’t do preorders because I never know how long it will take me to finish a book because of other set-in-stone deadlines. I did a preorder once and was ready to publish it before the set date, and couldn’t.

I started writing on Cougar Christmas Calamity. I have no idea where I’m going with this, but the heroine is staying at a cabin on the Great Lakes where I’ve stayed with my friend who lives in Minnesota twice. I love it there, but I’m making it winter and a Christmas story. She has to remind me of the cold in snowy places–my characters are never dressed warmly enough. It’s going to be 90 here today, 94 tomorrow! Ugh. No wonder it’s hard for me to remember to dress warmly for the cold.

I’m off to get started! Have a super great day!!
