A Black Cat for Halloween

This was my son’s cat. She was a black Persian, beautiful. But oftentimes difficult to photograph because she was so black. Here I caught her pretty well.

I’m up to 27,000 words on Warrior Elf. Yay! Having fun with it. It’s fun for me to switch from a paranormal shifter story in contemporary times, to another world fantasy story where I can do just about anything and make it real. lol

Anyway, I have to see my granddaughter run her fun run for money to buy books for the school’s library this afternoon. Her daddy will meet me over there to watch her. She’s so excited! I heard two kindergartners ahead of me saying, “We have to wear running shoes.” “Yes, running shoes.” They were both wearing tennis shoes, but they didn’t have a clue that those were “running shoes”. lol

Have a wonderful day. Got to get my word count in. Shooting for 2,000 words per day. Managed 3,000 yesterday.
