Lavender Azalea

Rescued azalea at Home Depot some years ago. It needs to be in a sunnier location. It used to be. But other shrubs and crepe mytles now tower over it.

We’re having thunderstorms this morning, in a couple of hours, so say the weather people. So what does that mean? It’s time to toss out some more flower seeds!!! I need to feed the dogs and get them out before it begins rumbling, or they won’t go out.

Hope your day is going great!

  1. Good Morning Terry
    Nice and sunny here.
Still got snow on the ground and roof tops.
I rescued my Katherine Mayer Lilac tree last year before the bulldozer graded it out taking my three peonies, one rose bush, 12 Hosta. Waiting to see if my Lilac lived through the winter. Also waiting for them to come and fix my fence that they did all wrong.
I am also waiting for my back spasms to be gone. The older I get the less they heal up. Got to be careful with what I do. This time I was moving summer cloths in my closet. Hope you have a great day today.
    Loved the Azalea flower.

    • Oh, I’m glad you have sun. We don’t, but I’m glad we don’t. lol It’s so hot and muggy, the clouds help keep it from getting toooo hot. Hope your snow melts soon.
I’m so glad you rescued your lilac tree. I believe it was lilacs that had overtaken ruins somewhere. I saw them in a magazine and they were beautiful.
That’s awful on the fence. I hope you get it fixed soon.
I hope your back heals up quickly. I’ve done that. I think once you have, you’re more likely to reinjure it, though there are exercises to strengthen the muscles.
I wish I could move the azalea plant, but I’m afraid I’d kill it. I see it had several blooms on it today.
      Hope you feel better!!!
