We finally had an inch and a half of rain during a violent storm at 3 am. I got up to unplug my computer since the last storm, 3 months ago, caused trouble with it. We so needed the rain! They predicted it last weekend, but nothing happened.
We haven’t had rain in about 6 weeks, so I was desperate. I don’t care if the grass turns brown. Rain will make it green up again. But when I start losing trees and shrubs, that’s another story.
I’m off to read some more on Wolfish.
Have a beautiful day!!

Hi Terry
I know what you mean. We have not had rain for weeks.
I have watered all summer, into fall.
Now that my trees and plants are settling down for winter. I usually cut everything back; but not this year as they are all new plants and the need coverage to over winter.
I am still waiting for the blasted fence to be fixed. They will not bring my sidewalk blocks until the fence is redone. Which means I am still walking on boards.
I just looked out the window and it is black clouds. Oh I hope it will rain. And hopefully no snow.

That’s awful about your fence. I can’t believe it’s taking that long. Hope you have rain. We’re supposed to get more storms, but it really doesn’t look like it.
