I loved the fall colors reflected in the water. And way across the loch was a deer resting in Scotland.
I’m at 59,000 words on Wolf Betrayal. Yay! I was able to plant my new chives and thyme in pots on my patio. Hopefully, they’ll survive there. They died where I had them in the same planter against the fence. I couldn’t get out in this heat to water and weed them, so hopefully with them being on the patio, I can take care of them even on these hot sunny days.
They will last through winter when we have mild ones.
It was cool enough in the morning that I was able to weed some too. But it is still getting to 97.
Okay, I’m off to work on the story!

My chives seem to thrive and multiply no matter what I do to them.
I am now reading the Jaguar series.
I still cannot get any of your new books.
I also have been spending time in my Bible.
Oh but it is colder now. I am back to wearing my winter clothing. I do not like winter as it is 7 months long and we had so much rain this summer; it feels like we did not have summer at all.
Am having my daughter and her family over for Thanksgiving giving in October. Then on the 19th we vote to get a Referendum on Alberta leaving Canada next spring. Alberta is tired of Ottawa and the Prime Minister taking everything from us and not giving anything back.
Well that’s about all my news.

That’s great on your chives. I’ve had some for about 3 years, but when I transplanted them, it killed them. So I’m hoping that these will do as well on the patio. If we have a hard freeze, I can move them into the garage.
Great on the jaguar stories. I wish I could ship you some books, but it’s sooooo expensive to ship even in the US!
