This is what I saw on my drive home the other day, purple, purple irises. And that’s what motivated me to get out early and take lots of pictures of them from different vantage points. Just beautiful. Tomorrow I’ll show what else I saw.
The baby is nearly here, so need to get ready for her. My circuit breaker on the washer keeps getting thrown, so I need to call an electrician. Should be under warranty. I didn’t think of it, or I would have called about this some months ago.
Have a beautiful day!!!!

Iris always reminds me of home. My Mom had all different colors. They would completely take over the flower beds so we had to keep thinning and sorting. They will revert back to the original color if not separated. Lots of work but beautiful.
Oh how interesting! I love them, but I’m into low maintenance gardening, as much as possible. I had that happen at my original home in Crawford, and they were all along the back fence. I didn’t know they would revert to a different color!
