Limpkins and a Stork–Water Birds

I loved the Limpkin on the sign. He was staying out of harm’s way, though if a snake came along, maybe the snake should watch out. The second limpkin had a fish. You can see just the tail hanging out of his beak.

So I managed 3,000 words on You Had Me at Cougar yesterday, got edits on Wolf Wore Plaid and checked them out, no major changes, yay!, and it’s off to bookmaking, then I’ll get it back for copyedits and final proofing. And I worked on edits on Dreaming of the Highland Wolf novella and will make those changes this morning, and I need to write a letter to the reader for the 10th Anniversary Edition of Heart of the Highland Wolf, and then get back to writing.

Coming the end of this year!

We’re supposed to have storms, yay! I love storms. When we have only heat, sun, and humidity, it gets tedious. The clouds have helped to cool things down about 10 degrees. So this morning it feels like 91. Still hot, but better.

I’m off to do the edits. Have a beautiful day!!!
