I had such a struggle to get WordPress to open so I could write my blog this morning. I just printed out coloring pages for little one to color. And I finished this lion photo I had taken at Cameron Park Zoo, Waco, Texas, some years ago. I changed the background and foreground to a Daily Texture texture and then used Topaz Impression to make it more of a painterly look.

I turned in edits on A Christmas Wolf Surprise so it can go to bookmaking, and I’m working on edits between trying to do stuff with little one. I’ve also been doing the challenges on Oscraps and this one was to create a border on one side with a photo and title. I used Lynne Anzelc’s lovely Safari for the lioness and cubs, flowers, grasses border and paper background.

I’m off to work. Still trying to come up with that elusive synopsis, though I have an idea brewing.
Have a lion of a day of fun.
