This is How I Woke Up the Other Day!

I woke thinking I had enough sleep. I hadn’t. I yawned all morning, and finally took an hour and a half nap later that afternoon. I needed it. Felt much better. Could write lots more.

So I was reading that if you don’t get enough sleep, you can do deep breathing for 10 minutes and that will make you feel better. I didn’t get enough sleep. I’m deep breathing.

I think I feel better. lol

Have a great day! I’m off to write. Over halfway done on word count for A Wolf’s Second Chance. Shooting for 43K today.
