A Little Wolf Shifter Humor

I love it when fans send me stuff like this–because it made them think of me! This gave me a laugh first thing this morning!

So I didn’t blog yesterday because I was up for 4 hours during the night with extreme chills and a fever. I had gotten what the nurse said was a “powerful” flu shot that morning, instead of the regular one. Since my insurance paid for it, I said sure. Because I take care of my grandkids lots, I figured it was worth it. I didn’t think it would overpower me like that. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. I spent the rest of yesterday as an achy zombie–wanting nothing more than to sleep, but I had to get too many things done. I planted the rest of my mums before they died, took Max in for his rabies shot, picked up my granddaughter, and edited Roxie’s book through chapter 17 I think, and I had a great sleep. Finally.

So will that flu shot have been worth it? I don’t know. My parents always had gotten theirs and ended up getting the flu one year–which they were told was a different variety. But I’m hopeful that I will be good this year!

Have a super day and remember, if you get bitten by a wolf, be sure you know which kind it is. It could make a real difference in your life. 🙂
