Baby Day

Watching baby singing songs with grandson. He’s been sick so clingy. He’s sitting on my lap while I bounce him. I will be thinking of these songs all day. lol Trying to teach him colors and other things.

He’s teething, and bigger sister is losing baby teeth.

Hope to ship a book, bear, and other items today. But I might need to wait until tomorrow. It’s nice and warm out so good weather to run errands.

My grandson is running a fever this morning, so I’ll just have lunch with my granddaughter this afternoon at school and in the meantime, I’ll be working on the bears. One just needs his paws and nose embroidered now, and the other needs both and I need to sew on his ears. 🙂 A bear without ears looks really, really odd. lol

I haven’t been doing any writing, just working on getting my newsletter up and working on the bears.

It’s going to be around 80 degrees everyday, 84 on Thursday. It’s not feeling like Christmas! Weeds are sprouting up all over. I need to get back to weeding the garden!

Hawk on My Fence–Guess Who’s Come to Dinner

Waiting for his next meal. You know, they can have all the rats they want, but they’re never around when the rats are!

Well, we had a great day going to ballet class, having lunch, and then going to see the Nutcracker. My granddaughter was tired before we even made it to her ballet class and fell asleep on the way home from the Nutcracker. lol

Today I need to really work on those bears. On the Highland book I’m reworking, and removed 54,000 words. It’s fine. I kept them if I wanted to use them for a different story, but I’m going in a much different direction with it and so it’s just easier to dump the rest and keep the first 27K and finish it up. So I have 43K or so words to go.

I reached 43K on Bear in Mind and need 27K on it.

Today is a Wild Fun Day

It’s an all girl’s day! First ballet, then lunch, then the Nutcracker Ballet! Woohoo!

So I couldn’t quit thinking about the Highland romance last night and wrote a 1,000 words. I was working on large bears for a bear order before I picked up my granddaughter and need to work on those again tonight. I want to have them done by Wednesday so I can ship them off then.

Off to type up notes before I have to run.

Painless Dentistry???

That for me would mean being knocked out completely. lol

My trip to the dentist was NOT painless. But I hope never to have to wear dentures, so that means regular visits to the dentist, and the torture all over again.

It was a wild and hectic day yesterday, so hope today will be a little less wild!
