The temperature is going up. Still feeling miserable with this cold. Did you know that garlic is supposed to be good for a cold? Not just for keeping vampires away? Lemon? Ginseng? Yogurt, raw honey, hot tea. I haven’t been drinking it because they say don’t drink caffeine with laryngitis. But I wasn’t thinking of the other teas I have.
Anyway, I’m tired of not being able to breathe and coughing all night long. So I’m looking at foods that are supposed to help make you feel better if you have a cold or the flu. I’ve been eating chicken soup, but that gets old. 🙂
