What a Wolf Wants–July 1st!

I finally updated the header for FB, but need to do a different one for my author page also. I used midjourney AI-generated wolves at the ocean since the story is about the red wolves of Oregon, the two of them living on the Oregon Coast and in all sorts of trouble. When are my shifters not in trouble?

I worked all day on edits on the paper copy of Protecting the White Bear. It was fun doing edits when the book is already written. I need to go back in and add more descriptions of people. I tend to write action, suspense, dialogue, and then have to go back in and show the people and scenes in more detail. Some are done, but others are skimpy. But truly, it’s the fun part for me since I’m not wracking my brain, trying to come up with the next scenes or scenarios, or figure out the ending.

But I also can’t stop thinking about Wolf Heir–the book coming in December, and The Chosen Fae, supposed to come out next year. Whenever I have scenes or ideas, I begin writing them so that when I totally focus on them, I’ll get them done.

It’s wonderful when I can think of great scenes and ideas and run with them, rather than sit and try to figure out what comes next. That’s why, even when I’m finishing up a book, I will stop to add to the other stories if the scenes come to me.

Hope your day is super fine! I’ve already been writing away, which totally makes me happy!
