Microplastic in the Brain

Miniature White Roses in the Garden. When I brought them home, they were so tiny. They’re now about 4 feet tall, but they don’t get any bigger than that. I love roses. And they seem to do really well here.

On to other news. I just read this article about the dangers of microplastic and so am switching out some things. I usually use ceramic dishes in the microwave, and I have several glass containers to reheat food also. My new storage containers are BPF free, and so are some new rubber freezer containers I bought. But everything else is going out. Including all the plastic cutting boards. You never know what could cause your illnesses, or even dementia, according to this article. So I’ll get a wooden cutting board like my parents always had. And don’t reheat your food in those plastic containers that restaurants send home with your leftovers!

I have a lot of plastic bottled waters, but I’ve been drinking from thermoses, so will continue to do that. NO more plastic water bottles.

Hope you have a wonderful day!!!

  1. Good Morning Terry
I love Roses too. I Also love my Lilac trees. I have 4.
Back spasms haven’t gotten worse. Hopefully they will stop soon.
My plan when they fix my fence is to get another Climbing Rose and two Peonies. More Hosta as they love shade. I managed to save four baby Hosta.
Well it’s time to get up and great a sunny day.
Take care and I am still praying for you.
    Sheila Claire 🥰

    • I’m so sorry about your back, Shelia Claire. I hope it gets better soon. It’s hard to do anything when your back hurts.

I got hostas last year and I hope mine come back. I had my fence replaced last year and they trampled a lot of plants, so not sure if they’ll be back.

Thanks!! I’m afraid the worst is yet to come, so trying to enjoy the time I have now before that happens!

  2. Terry I just more of read your post.
Get rid of your microwave. It kills birds if you have one in your house.
Also if you have those curly lightbulbs. Also you can get a glass cutting board. Wooden ones carry bacteria and only can get clean in a dish washer. I recommend you get a glass one. That is what I have.
    Love Sheila Claire

    • I have wild birds outside is all. Yes, on wooden ones. That’s why I got the plastic, then now they’re bad. I also looked at titanium and steel but I’ll check out glass ones too.
      Thanks!
