Dream a Little Dream!

I made it through the 13-hour day at the hospital. The nausea medicine they gave me stopped me from getting sick from the chemo. Yay! And when I left at 8:30, it only took me 43 minutes to get home because it was so late. So that was nice.

I have a short day of bloodwork and seeing the doctor today. Yay!!!

I’m off to work on Wolf Heir. I should have yesterday, but I just couldn’t.

Hope your day is going great!!!

  1. Hi Terry
Yay, you did it. Just keep on hanging in there.
    I love your Dream.
My dream is still to get my fence.
I am giving them anther week and if nothing is done I am going to plant my peonies and roses elsewhere.
I already planted my new Clematis.
You have a great day my Friend.
    God bless you
    Love Sheila

  2. Hello Terry,
I’m sending you positive energy and thoughts. Saying a prayer too. Your grand-kids are lucky to have such an active, loving grandma! And while I don’t get to your blog on a regular basis, I pop in to see when your new releases will be out. I was saddened to read that you are experiencing this serious illness, but it sounds as if you are keeping yourself focused and busy while waiting for your major treatment. Your attitude is so positive, which is a big part of getting through the treatments and side effects. I will be thinking about you and wishing you health and wellness in the coming days.

    • Aww, thanks so much, Kim. It really helps to immerse myself in my stories and the grandkids!!! They want us to exercise so we can get better quicker, but with zero energy, it’s hard. But the joy was in capturing a picture of a green heron, the moon reflected in the pond, and mushrooms from the recent rain on the walk this morning. It made the walk amazing!
