The bee was so busy, he didn’t budge even though I was right on top of him, taking the photo. 🙂
They keep saying we need to walk and engage in various exercises so that we can heal faster. But it’s hard when you have no energy. However, I walked this morning. The rains had cooled it down a bit, and yesterday it rained all day, so I couldn’t walk. But I got to see the green heron again. I tried taking a couple of pictures of him from a distance with my phone. I hope one turns out.
Additionally, I captured the moon’s reflection in the pond and took pictures of mushrooms that had appeared due to the rain, making the walk an amazing adventure.
Hope your day goes great!!!

Hi Terry
It’s great that you can walk for exercise. Hope you are feeling better soon and ready you for your next round of stuff you have to take before you get your stem cell surgery.
Meanwhile it’s raining here in Edmonton; and more tomorrow. This will keep me from continuing building a retaining wall to keep my flowers from losing dirt from where I removed rotting wood and crushed rock.
I have all this red brick from the retaining wall from the old fence; that’s now that being moved to my new retaining wall for my Wildflowers flowers which are on the south side of our yard which is on a slant.
Still waiting to get my fence fixed.
My hubby now has a date to get his new pacemaker.
He is still walking only walk slowly now as the present battery is slowing him down.
It’s kind of stressful for the both of us waiting for this surgery and the fence being fixed.
Well that all my news for now.
Keep looking up as God is in all this with you and the two of us. You have a great day too.
Love Sheila
