When Red Wolves Encounter a Black Bear

When black bears steal red wolves’ berries, it can make for a great cliffhanger.

My blog is shared on Paranormal Romance Book Blogs, which is pretty cool!

Well, I saw the doctor yesterday and had the CT scan. He’s worried that I haven’t had chemo in 3 weeks, so I have to have a bone marrow biopsy today, ugh, to see if the cancer is coming back. It’s a Catch-22. I need my immune system, which is in bad shape, to help the antibiotics kick out the pneumonia in my left lung. The CT scan showed that the infection was half the size it was on June 19, but still occupied a significant part of the lung. *sigh* If I don’t have chemo, the cancer can come back. If I do have the chemo, it will destroy any immune system I have.

The bacteria that’s in my lung is antibiotic-resistant, so I need my immune system to help fight it! So the doctor is in a quandary. And I’m in limbo. He will see me next Wednesday after the biopsy results come back. We shall see.

Hope your day is super glorious!

  1. Hi Terry
Oh man, I am sorry to hear that. I am praying that the cancer has not come back. That the biopsy will be good news.
I am reading your latest book. Lots of action.
The bear that ate all their berries. The fall that Charlene had was a real cliff hanger.
I had to plant all my plants where I did not want them as I still have no fence replacement. I sure hope it’s soon.
Still I now have to wait till next year to move them.
    Love Sheila.

    • Oh, no, Sheila, on the fence and plants!!!! Thanks, me too!!!! Hopefully, I will know something on Wednesday. I’m so tired and sore.
