Usually they don’t stand their ground, but these two did over the seeds in the feeder.

I love birds too, but the crows and magpies seem to
rule here.
Well I finished my hill garden yesterday.
Got rid of quite a few Lily of the valley.
I would have kept them if they bloomed.
I have been in our townhouse since 2005 and not one bloom. Everything got a head of me during Covid.
And last year I cleared out the rotten boards.
This year cleared the rock and built a retaining wall.
Lost all my plants when they removed my north fence.
So happy my Poppies, Mallows, Borage, Jolly Jump- up’s came back and some of my Hosta survived the winter. Losing my 20 year old Peony was so awful.
Still waiting for the fencers to come redo the fence.
Still praying for you. Especially about the expensive pills.
