Hippo Underwater

I took this photo at the San Diego Zoo. I’ve never seen a hippo underwater, so it was fun getting a shot of him like this. Think of it. You go swimming here and find him underwater? Highly dangerous. So no swimming! Don’t even think of dipping a toe into the water.

I’m still researching Bear in Pursuit, which is slowing me down. And of course I had to plant plants. No more buying plants. Now I just need to keep them alive.

Hope you swim only in nice safe places!

Hippos Having a Mud Bath

Anytime is a good time for a relaxing mudbath. I took the photo of the hippos in Omaha.

Today I have to get blood tests and see how the chemo is affecting me. I’ve been feeling awful for 4 days, so I’ll let them know.
