I picked up these perennials from the grocery store. They were so pretty, I couldn’t help myself. What are they? I don’t know. But they’re pretty!
I turned in the proofed version of To Tempt the Wolf last night and started working on Red Wolf Christmas. I hated to look to see how far behind I am because of the novella and proofing 2 books. Eight thousand words. So I’m getting my word count for today, and then I’ll try and get a little extra to whittle down my behindedness.
These sunny little flowers are marigolds and they’re popping up all over the place from planting them last year. I love annuals that will reseed themselves and I can enjoy them again and again, without having to plant again!
Baby is here. I spent a lot of time Easter egg hunting Friday and Sunday, well, not really, I got to take pictures of my granddaughter, uhm, hunting for eggs one day, but on Sunday, she was much more interested in stopping the whirligigs that were twirling in the wind. While other kids filled their baskets to the brim, she totally ignored the eggs. lol
Okay, I’m off to play with her and hopefully get a little writing done. Have a beautiful day!!!
