Sailing to Scotia to save their lives, Isobel must fight to protect her family from all enemies.

As wolves, Isobel, her kin, and a Highland slave are on the run from her Icelandic clan and now they must find a way to live in peace in Scotia without anyone discovering they are wolves or Vikings. Wearing traditional Icelandic clothes, sailing a Viking longboat, and speaking Gaelic with a Nordic accent, it won’t be easy.

Alasdair is the wolf pack leader of his Highland clan, in the middle of adding fortifications to his castle when he spies what he thinks is a small Viking longboat—which can mean raiders and a fight. But what he discovers is two adult wolf females, a nearly grown male, and a female and male bairn on their shores. He can’t imagine the family making the treacherous journey to his land all on their own, but he’s captivated by Isobel, the woman who led her people to what she hopes will be safety.

Not everyone in his pack welcomes having Vikings living among them though. And Isobel is a wild and unpredictable woman, which fascinates him all the more.

A little winter whimsy. Doesn’t the puppy look like he could use a hug?

I’ve been working on Wolf Pack to turn it into a novel from a novella. It’s completely rewritten and three and a half times longer. I hope to have it available soon.

Yesterday, little one and I fed the turtles at the ponds and she blew bubbles from her Easter bubbles. It was really pleasant out. It will be hot out today. I’m hoping to get her to the store first thing so we can get some things we need for her baby brother’s birthday party on Saturday.

Finished Writing Angel Fae–Yay!

Well, the good news is that it’s going to be really nice weather today, 60-70 instead of really cold, but just perfect and we’re going to have much needed rain. Yay!

The other good news is I wrote 4500 words yesterday on Angel Fae and I think I’ve got it, by Jove. Hopefully it’s finished, except for editing it some more. But beginning to end? I think it’s done. Yay!

And I’m up to 2,000 on Wolf Pack. I have a slower start on it because I was trying to finish Angel Fae.

I’m hoping now that I’m nearly done on Angel Fae, I’ll be able to concentrate on Wolf Pack, but I know I’ll be getting some other edits down the pike soon.

Hope you all have a great day! I’m off to type up the 2500 words I wrote by hand last night. Sometimes I just need to write by hand to get away from all of the other distractions!
