Come home to Silver Town for the holidays with an exciting new shapeshifter romance from USA Today bestseller Terry Spear!
It’s Christmastime in wolf-run Silver Town, Colorado. Gray wolves Meghan MacTire and Sheriff Peter Jorgenson are dating. They’re also keeping secrets from each other. And as the holidays approach, their pasts come back to haunt them—literally.
In this tale of Christmas cheer, a mystery from the past brings Meghan and Peter together to learn to let go and love each other for who they are today.
This was a really fun story to write. Years ago, I began writing Christmas stories for my publisher. The biggest problem I have is figuring out what to give to the hero and heroine for Christmas. Heck, I have trouble figuring that out for family. At least they give me Amazon lists. Now, wouldn’t that be neat if my characters did that for me?
I’m off to get busy. A worse than usual night because I ran into a bookcase trying to get around the barking dogs when the yardman came to the door last night to say I didn’t need to have my yard mowed yet. Wasn’t that nice? I just love the new service. They’re great. But man, I was in pain. Swollen and bruised little toe, probably broken again. I was wearing sandals when I broke it while working at the library and was trying to reach the ringing phone and caught my little toe on the metal cart full of books some years ago. I couldn’t wear regular shoes forever.
So between my aching shoulder and my aching toe, it was not a good night for sleeping. Even so, I’m off to write, make bears, and maybe not weed in the garden today, but will try to keep my foot elevated.
Have a great one, and remember, running into pets is easier on the toes than running into shelves filled with books!
