Okay, I’m running again this morning. My daughter and granddaughter and I are going for more bark mulch, then we’ll have tilapia and avocado–good MUFAS (Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) are a healthy type of fat. Replacing less healthy fats, such as saturated fats and trans fats, with unsaturated fats, such as MUFAs and polyunsaturated fats, may offer health benefits.)
Then I’m taking care of little one overnight. She always wants to stay and we have fun. But then we’ll get together in the morning and have lunch with her parents, and I will be free to write.
