Did you know there are mini pocket piggies?
So I brought my granddaughter home from school yesterday and we got out a box of fall decorations to put out. But first we had to go over her words that she’s supposed to be learning. The first thing she said was she did them with her mom and dad the night before. I laughed. “Right, but you’re going to do them at school, with Mommy and Daddy, and with Grandmom every day until you learn the words. And when you learn the words, you can have a book and then we work on the next set of words.” Lol She is so funny. Plus, she was telling me just how she would work on the fall decorations everyday when we get home from school, but on the weekend she wouldn’t be here, but on Monday, we’d keep working on it. She’s great. /we have so much fun doing it. And then she constantly moves things around again. Which she loves doing and I get a kick out of.
The temperature dropped some because of a storm which was great. But it’s still in the 90s every day. I did so much weeding in the morning and had to do other chores that I only got 1,000 done on Roxie’s story, yesterday but then I got the edits for Wolf Takes the Lead again. I think the next time I see it back, it will be for final proofing, so it’s nearly done! I just have 6 days to work on it. Puts me behind on Roxie’s word count again. *sigh*
