The female was nearby but I couldn’t get a good shot of her. With all the rain, they’re happily eating worms.

I had my grandson overnight until this evening. More storms are coming then. We fed the turtles at the pond, but it was 96 and too hot. Not even halfway around the pond, he said we had walked enough. lol He’s 4 now. But we managed to go all around it so that we could feed the turtles on the other side.

While he’s playing with his dinosaurs and watching Trolls, I’m trying to read a little of Protecting the White Bear. Tomorrow will be a long day. So will Thursday and Friday.

Every week gets closer to Stem Cell Transplant Day though. 🙂
