Elves on the Shelf

A little pink for Christmas.

My blood counts were better, which is good because it shows that when I’m not on chemo, they can rally again. Otherwise, it looks like the cancer has come back. I’m still short of breath because of the low red blood cell counts.

They’re not starting me on chemo this week, that will allow my counts to rise more.

Because I was so busy with appointments and such, I only managed to get 1,000 words yesterday. I’ve been working out in my mind how to end the story. Haven’t quite figured it out yet. At 4 am, when the dogs wanted to go out, I was thinking about a new scenario. I will try writing it and see if that works.

Off to get to work!

Hope you have a glorious day!

  1. Hi Terry
I am glad to hear your blood count went up.
My but you are on a long journey in recovery.
I’l keep on praying for you.
We sure have a lot of snow now, about a foot.
And the forecast is -30 Celsius today. Cold and windy. 🥶💨
This is a little unusual to have such cold weather November-December.
We usually get extreme cold in January.
Hubby got a new iPad, so. I get his old one, yay I get my poor DragonVale game onto it. It is so large my Mini 6 cannot hold it. The other day it froze my iPad completely.
And I could not shut it down. I tried shutting down the iPad nothing happened. I finally had to do an extreme force.
My hubby’s hobby is doing Osprey and Train videos for fun. So he needed a newer version of his iPad. More capacity.
My hobby is reading a lot.
So you have a great day today my Friend.
    Love and prayers

    • Hey, Sheila!
Yeah, I have to keep reminding myself of that! I started all this at the end of Feb, but with the stem cell transplant done the end of July, that’s the one that counts.
Brrr on the cold! Enjoy your game!! I’ve run out, but I need to finish the Christmas story. 🙂 That’s great on you hubby’s videos. Reading is always fun!
      Stay warm!!!
