When he flew up into the trees, I was so surprised because there were tons of people wandering around and he was unafraid of them. Only I was taking pictures of him. 🙂 I was delighted!

Beautiful bird of prey.

Well, I’m still struggling with this cold. So I’m off to nap and hope I get over it sooner than later.

This beautiful bird was rescued after being injured and was at the Omaha wildlife reserve recovering.

I thought I blogged yesterday, but it has been one hectic day after another.

This morning and for the rest of the weekend it’s weeding time for me first thing. No kids, so I can do it. Got one flowerbed done. Yay! After that, it’s way too hot for me. It’s already 91 degrees.

We’re going to see Barbie with my granddaughter and daughter this morning, and tonight, dinner and Discovery of Witches. I’m going to try and get some writing done after the movie.
