Beautiful birds! Hawks, as predators, are always watchful. The pelican, ah, he’s got to take care of a biting insect. 🙂 <3

I managed to reach 9,000 words on My Highlander, so moving right along. Today the grand-baby will be occupying my time, but when she’s sleeping or watching a little TV, I might manage to get a little more writing done. 🙂 Definitely hope to once she goes home.

Off to get ready for the baby. It got hot here again, argh, 86 yesterday. It doesn’t feel like Fall, November!

Lights, Camera, Action!

Diligently working on Bounty (64,000 to go), but when I saw these lights on the floor, I thought, bokeh!

In the red-tailed hawk picture, you can see all kinds of beautiful bubbly bokeh.

But see what happens when I try to take a picture of lights shining through the blinds? My havanese want their picture taken. Surely, I meant to do that, right?
