Many of the pictures featured in the video are my creations, including several of the book covers for Halloween stories. It’s going to be a hectic day! 40 degrees and raining! I need to get Max into the doctor for his teeth cleaning and then go to my granddaughter’s storybook parade at the school, but I’m not sure what they’re going to do because it’s supposed to rain. It’s always held outside.
Okay, I’m off to get ready to go to the vets!

Creating artwork for my morning blog makes me happy. But also getting my word count in for my current deadline book does. I managed 2,000 words on my off day, so only 4,000 words behind. I’m up to 72K, need 8K more for word count. Woohoo!!!

It looks like we’ll have a cool night for Halloween. Believe me, it’s usually hot! So that should be nice for a change!
Have a wonderful Sunday. I’m not sleeping well because I keep thinking of Wolf on the Prowl story ideas. When I get closer to the end, sometimes that happens. I’ll keep running scenarios through my mind. Then if I’m smart, I’ll write the scenes I come with down or….I’ll keep thinking about them for hours.

Margot Anderson goes with her girlfriend to White Bear, Alaska, from their home in North, Alaska, to enjoy all the Halloween activities the town has to offer. What she doesn’t expect is to get a rescue from a seaplane pilot who happens to be from White Bear and a polar bear just like them.
Craig MacMathan had a delivery to make when his cousin sees a vision of a couple of polar bears needing Craig’s help. Not only are the ladies single, but they’re coming to his town to have fun. And he’s more than ready to help them have a great time.
But Margot is having nightmares related to something that has to do with White Bear, her mother doesn’t want her to go there, and they have a mystery to solve as Craig gets deeper into his relationship with Margot. Until she solves it, she doesn’t want to drag another bear into her world of nightmares, but Craig isn’t just any other bear.
I loved reading mysteries when I was growing up, the paranormal too, so this is a mystery/Halloween/bear shifter adventure!
It’s the third White Bear book in the series and I introduced a lot of new shifters to the story.
Okay, I’m diligently working on Wolf on the Prowl, wrote 3,000 words on it yesterday after a fun day with my granddaughter. And voila, I see some fall colors on a crepe myrtle! When did that happen? We don’t usually have much in the line of fall colors here.

It’s been so nice that I’m back to walking to the school and back.
It’s going to be hotter today through Friday, but I still plan to walk. Unless the heat index kicks it up into the 90s. It’s supposed to be 92 on Friday without considering the heat index which often is another 10 degrees.
Okay, little one is coming today. I have 7 more chapters to proof on Bear of a Halloween. Hope to finish it today, make the print cover, get the book copyrighted and tomorrow publish it. It all just depends on the toddler taking a nap. Monday he didn’t at all.
I’m off to take care of the dogs. They are wanting to go out NOW. And eat of course.
