This is a fantasy work that was in progress for ten years. It was done years ago, but I’ve been editing it when I had the time between books for years. I was glad to finally finish it when I looked at it the last time and realized it was nearly done.

Still playing Drage Age: The Veilguard, but have some big bosses I’m having trouble defeating. Where is my son when I need him?

My daughter and I are off to appointments in Houston this morning. I feel nauseous. My doctor said I shouldn’t any longer, but some of the pills I’m taking say they can make you feel that way.

Have a delightful day!!

If you haven’t read any more of the series, Wolf Pack and Wolf Alliance start out the series.

I’m finishing up Wolfish, the Halloween novella, need to reread it before I send it off to my beta readers and then I’m off to write a cougar Christmas novella.

Enjoy your fall day! Still hot here! And no rain for weeks and none in sight.

Trick or Treat!

Oct11

It’s that time of year, and I need to get candy for the kids. I thought of skipping it since I didn’t decorate, but I do it every year. After falling and hurting my hip, I thought of not walking with the grandkids because I don’t know if I can make it. But I want the exercise…dilemmas, dilemmas. I can walk a mile and a half, but not sure how much we walk during our trick-or-treating.

I need to go to the grocery store, so going super early to avoid the crowds. I always wear a mask.

Hope your day is a walk in the park.

A Super Hero and His Super Friends

Oct9

I love creating these little scenes with cliparts and other sources.

I walked a mile and a quarter this morning. My hip still hurts from falling last week. I gave it a break for a couple of days and then decided I needed to walk today. Tomorrow I have an antibiotic infusion so might not be able to walk in the morning. It gets so hot here so fast. Did someone say it was fall????

Worked on getting Wolf Heir ready for publication and I’m off to work on Wolfish. Hope to get it out by Halloween, but we will see. I’m editing it now.

Have a terrific, super day!

Halloween Fun!

Oct8

Tashama is available on various sites now, just waiting on Apple and the print version to post it.

I’m still proofing Wolf Heir. Three chapters and an epilogue to finish up and then I’ll begin getting it ready for publication. After that, I’m back to Wolfish, the Halloween novella. It might be a few days past Halloween before it’s published. *sigh*

Hope your days are super fun!

Getting Ready for Halloween!

Sep25

Time seems slow, yet fast.

I won’t be doing Halloween this year. I’ll leave candy at the door, but trying to avoid people like a hermit. Measles are spreading in Texas and I have no immunity to it because of the stem cell transplant. I can’t get any immunizations until December, which puts me at risk. ugh.

Have a super day!!!

Girl in the Rain

Sep24

Used several layers to create this moody fun look.

Well, good news at the doctors. He’s seeing me in his clinic from now on once a week, instead of getting infusions. And he said for Friday, at least, no infusion, just go to the Woodlands instead of Houston for a blood draw. Houston’s an hour away and the traffic is atrocious. The Woodlands is 20 minutes away and the traffic isn’t half as bad, so I’m looking forward to it.

But they’ve listed an infusion for next Friday in Houston again. I’m going to ask if they can do it in the Woodlands instead.

And that’s my good news. Oh, and Physical Therapy said I don’t have to see them any longer. That I’m in good physical shape. Yay! We walked a mile and a half yesterday and walked that this morning, though it was HOT and MUGGY out. It’s supposed to be 64 tomorrow morning. Hope, hope.

Have a wonderful day and hope you’re not sweltering in the heat. it was 104 wet bulb yesterday.

Centaur and Dragons

Sep22

He looks nice and fierce.

I’m still working on Wolfish. But I started playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I loved Oblivion better where you could interact with more people, take different paths, be more interactive. With Dragon Age, it’s much more linear.

But I need to work on the story.

Hope you have a lovely day. If you run into this centaur, be sure and look as sternly as he does. Smiling might make you look like you are planning something.

There is always fun to be had in a forest.

Only a couple of hundred words away from the word count, but I still need to finish the story.
