My throat is so sore! I managed to get cream of wheat down with milk, trying that again and applesauce. That chemo did a number on my throat and it doesn’t feel any better.
Just swallowing is painful. I’ve got laryngitis too. But I started shots last night to help the stem cells grow, so that’s good news. 🙂
I love all shades of purple! This little dragon is well cloaked in drapes of lavender flowers to keep him safe. Wouldn’t you love to cuddle him?
I’m working on Wolf Heir still. I’m getting 1,000 words a day, so that’s good. I’m just doing edits, so it takes longer to show word count progress.
They moved up my chest CT scan to Monday to check out my lungs to see how the pneumonia is going. Hopefully, it’s getting better and not stationary. Or growing. It could be they moved it up because they got some more of the bone marrow biopsy results back. Which means one of two things. The biopsy looks good and they want to see if the pneumonia is cleared up enough to start me on chemo again so I can get the transplant, OR the bone marrow results are worrisome, and they need to get me back on chemo so that they can keep it in check.
I’m sure that it’s good news. I choose to believe it is good news. I will know for sure when I have another doctor’s appointment. Mine has gone on vacation, so someone else will be seeing me. I probably won’t have another appointment though until the CT scan results are back.
I’m off to write! Hope you’re having a fantastic day!
I was playing around with some artwork I had done, but it wasn’t nearly this nice. The dragon is from midjourney, girl from Daz3D, background, bokeh, flying flecks of gold, and some of her hair was added. Plus I worked on her eyes to make them pop a bit.
Okay, I’m off to work on edits!
Have a beautiful Friday!!

In some of my YA fae stories, dragon shifter fae are featured!
Dragon Fae (Book 5), Hawk Fae (Book 6), Phantom Fae (Book 7), Golden Fae (Book 8), and Falcon Fae (Book 9) all feature the dragon shifters. The last two books too, most likely. Go, Dragons!
So I had gotten a monster outfit for my grandson, it’s the cutest thing ever. Just sweats with cutie-pie monsters from Walmart. And I planned to create a picture with him talking to cute little monsters in a field of flowers, or something. My granddaughter saw the monsters and she loved them and wanted me to do a picture of HER standing on rocks, talking to the monsters. lol
Have a dragonrrific day!

Having some fun with dragon art. I’m at 50K on Night of the Vampire! I made my goal! Woohoo! I keep thinking about the final battle scene or however this ends. I’m not sure. I just need to finish it.
Hope you all have a great day!!!

I’m off to finish proofing Wolf on the Prowl! Woohoo!!! Can’t wait to finish it and get started on some other book projects. Though….I will probably try to play a little Baldur’s Gate 3 where I got stuck on the game in a couple of tough battles. lol If I have time.
Have a beautiful day! And remember, friendship comes in all shapes and sizes. 🙂 <3

The castle is actually a picture that I had taken, along with the castle gardens in another picture and the clouds were another shot. In Scotland, I would often get white sky backgrounds so I needed to add clouds. I also added texture for fun. And the dragon, of course.
Ugh, Daylight Savings Time. I need to remember to reset my car clock.
I soared with the dragons yesterday! I ended up writing 7,000 words on Wolf Pack. It’s a novella, so now I have 9,000 words done. Yay!! I shoot for 23K on a novella, but sometimes they end up around 33K. It just depends on the story, but I’m having a blast writing it. It’s a medieval Highland wolf story, first that I’ve done.
I’ve got to run errands, not wanting to, but we’re celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day and I am out of food again.
I worked on so many necessary projects outside, weather was gorgeous, that I didn’t get my writing done. I did finish all the edits on the novella, but need to add one more scene and it was too late, and I couldn’t think. Otherwise, once that’s done, I can turn it in.
I managed to add 1,000 at the last moment to the vampire book.
But I did use the extensions on the vacuum to clean the gutters, still working on it. It’s a major job, but I love being able to get it done and not pay someone $60 to do it every couple of weeks! I’m hoping once I get them cleaned out, the pine trees will stop shedding too much more, but if I keep after it, it won’t be that hard to do.
My pavers were falling underneath the fence also, adjoining my neighbor’s and so I picked up some stones to put under them, hopefully that will prevent them from sinking again. That was a job too.
And I was exercising while I was proofing the book, so I did get some things done. Just not all the word count I wanted.
Okay, little one is on her way, and I’m hoping I might get some word count when she takes a nap. Or…not. I got 1,000 words before she arrived. woohoo!
